Greyhound understands that customers expect travel to be straightforward and hassle-free.
That's why when we came to design our loyalty scheme, we've kept things simple.
Introducing Greyhound Rewards, the simple, no fuss reward scheme from Greyhound UK.
How does it work? Simple; we count up every undiscounted ticket you buy on-line, and when you’ve bought eight we give you a free ride. We count a single as one and a return as two tickets towards the eight.
Once you’ve earned the free ride, you can use it any time regardless of time of day, day of week, or season. You’ve earned it, and we want you to use it whenever you want!
How do I sign up?
It's simple. Click on the 'Join Us' link above 'My Cart' and register. No card to carry, just remember your e-mail address, and password. If you forget your password, we can send it to you via e-mail.
We can only record your eligible trips when you have signed in as a member, so don’t forget to log in prior to making any bookings. When you've signed in, the number of trips you are from your free ticket is shown in the 'My Greyhound Rewards' section. When you’ve earned a free ticket, the next time you make a purchase, you’ll see your free ticket shown on the checkout screen.
